Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for our customers across the UK and liaise between the customer and internal departments.
  • Helping to respond with customer queries.
  • Responding promptly to customer queries, via phone and email. Ensuring customers are always called back within the stated time-scales.
  • Promoting all features & benefits of our fantastic package.
  • Achieve sales targets set in a friendly & competent manner.
  • Work as part of a team & also use own initiative.

Requirements

  • Sales/Customer service background essential.

The Role

The successful candidate will be providing professional equity release and pension advice to both new and existing customers within an FCA regulated environment. This position requires an experienced level 4 qualified independent financial adviser.

This role will require the individual to manage their daily diary to make sure they are working towards achieving business targets while meeting the needs of new and existing customers.

Our pension advice and equity release services are supported through a range of national marketing and PR activities that engage with existing customers and generate both traditional and web leads to target.

Requirements

  • Level 4 Certified Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
  • Experience in providing pension and equity release advice
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Clear credit and criminal record with a full disclosure
  • Highly professional, presentable with excellent communication skills
